Is there any reason that inxVisionXfree links are blacklisted? I've tried to provide examples of hilarity from forums on /cwc/ a couple of times, and gotten time-out bans as a result.

Two questions:
1. Why is there a blacklist for that host?
2. Are there any other hosts which are blacklisted, so that I don't accidentally banninated myself in the future?
