Sorry to sound like a noob, but how does one embed a video?

I'm not staff, but...

Go to a board that has enabled video embedding, select the video hosting site the video is from in the dropdown box (probably YouTube), and put the video id or whatever it is called (the string of letters and numbers at the end of the YouTube url, not the whole url) into the text box next to 'Embed'.

There's a clickable Help next to it that should make it pretty clear.
