Good ideas, except for [z] and [t].

For [z] it would essentially be another random board, so it's better getting rid of it and the associated boards (except for /ban/, which stays up.)

For [t], one is an active board and one is an archive. The two need to stay seperate

no one ever really consistently posts on or reads any board other than /cwc/ and some of the meta-board, but all the other discussion boards are pretty dead. I don't think anything will change that, but what's the matter with that?
789chan has /cwc/ and it's fairly active and populated, so who cares about the rest of the boards? if you want desperately to talk about a certain topic online, go to another imageboard that specializes in that topic.
