I don't think that's what the digital millennium copyright act is for, personal info doesn't really fit into copyright law. Some pictures he could claim, but his name, address, and all those posts, nope. There is another law in regards to address but only if you put it up in order to encourage others to break the law by harassing or stalking the person
So long as you avoid liable by not lying, there is nothing Rika can legally do to get the information taken down. Though legally it might be wise to take his address and only his address down.
