I'm thinking of setting up my own chan imageboard specifically for toy collecting, owing to 4chan's /toy/ janitor being a massive troll on a power trip.

The only problem is I don't know how to code or anything like that. Could someone point me in the direction of some guides to setting up a chan and guides to anything that would be useful to know like HTML or Java for setting it up?
