I don't know the technical terms. But I need a chart describing the thermal characteristics (including infrared and conduction) of different metals, mostly copper, cast iron, aluminum, steel and rust.

if you have it I also need a chart for their 'hardness'

I don't have a chart, and I don't have the will to make one, however all this information is available pretty readily. Google for "MSDS (metalname)" and you should get the results you're looking for. The Materials Safety Data Sheet contains pretty much all the info you're looking for. It would not be even remotely difficult for you to make the chart yourself.
