I can't quite figure it out.
Everything on that weird chan (99chan), is absurdist satire right? Nobody seriously is saying what they mean, and everyone knows it.
I've been doing it for ages, I just wanted to get on the same page for once.

An example that mirrors it on our board is EXPLICITLY funny...so it's normal you could say. For example:

You dont fix politics... you just try to get by as best as you can. Or you appoint me as a dictator. That's ideal.
