All of the MacFarlane shows have gotten pretty violent. More graphic even than Asperchu ever was. A while ago someone posed a collage of screen caps taken from the last season of Family Guy on /co/ at 4chan with all the examples. I wish I saved it.

But it only makes it better.

It seems worse out of context because really it's very brief, and the humor (assuming you find some of it funny) is in the exaggerated "audacity" of it. What I'm getting at is, 33674, Chris doesn't care/notice.

I'm sure he doesn't. It's just another layer of hypocrisy. It's wrong for Asperchu to include graphic violence because it's being done to characters Chris cares about and is part of the story, but it's ok for Family Guy to have even more graphic violence because it's happening to random throwaway characters or they'll be alright by the next scene.
