So hey, National Geographic did a poll on aliens. Some interesting results:

> ~79% of those surveyed think the government has kept information about UFOs a secret from the public

> ~55% believe there are real-life Men in Black-style agents who threaten people who spot UFOs.

> ~22% would try to befriend the alien

> ~15% would run away

> ~13% would lock their doors

> ~2% would try to inflict bodily harm.

> ~21% would call the Hulk in to fight attacking aliens

> ~12% would call Batman

> ~8% would call Spider-Man.

> ~65 percent of respondents also claim that President Obama would be better equipped to deal with an alien invasion than Mitt Romney.

Go figure.
