Who saw the new Spider-man movie? I like it more than the last ones , especially since it doesn't star that fucking intolerable Tobey Maguire. 3D parts a bit distracting , the first person views will look dumb as hell in 2D and Blu-Ray but that's only a minor complaint

I've actively been avoiding 3D films. The glasses darken the film, and the 3D rarely truly adds to the experience. I understand that a higher frame rate might change things, but it just seems a hassle to me.

I liked the Raimi-directed ones.

I saw Alice in Wonderland in 3D. The whole falling-down-the-rabbit-hole scene was a mess. I came out wishing I'd seen it in 2D. I'm hoping 3DTV flops in the long run. The only proper way to do 3D is stereoscopy, but most people would get headaches doing it for long periods of time and it would double the amount of data being broadcast simultaneously.
