You know what's awesome about that image? I have the VHS tape. That may be a standard 2 hour (1.5 hr?) movie, but it is the longest, deadest film you'll ever see. If you're a lover of bad films, it's great.

It's one of those films that would probably be good if someone in control knew what he or she was doing.

That looks deliciously awful. And it's an Italian film, too (or has an Italian version). That probably means massively gratuitous.

One /pa/ film I liked was 'Knights'. Starred kickboxer Kathy Long and Kris Kristofferson (!) and Lance Henrikson (!!). Director was Albert Pyun, bad movie maker extraordinaire. How he got a couple of big guns like Kristofferson and Henrikson is beyond me. The writing was bad, sets were bad, costumes were bad, dialog was mediocre, the whole bit. Lots of fun at 3 o'clock in the morning.

I remember some friends of mine who saw it and came back raging on how much they hated it. The real big complaint seemed to be that the 'monster' of the film never left the room. I smiled when I finally saw it because I remembered their rage.

>The best science-fiction/horror film since Alien!

Yeah, I don't know about that.
