*DISCLAIMER: IF YOU FUCK UP AND POISON YOURSELF THATS YOUR OWN STUPIDITY, THIS IS FOR "EDUCATIONAL USE ONLY"*
needed:
5 gallons unprocessed cider (get some from a local farm and get it really cheap)
5 lbs. of raw honey (again from a farm is best)
10 lbs. cane sugar
2 packets champagne yeast
2 packets wine yeast
5 gallon bucket with top and airlock
brewing thermometers are preferred
and a pot

mix your honey and cane sugar with small amounts of cider in a pot on a stove (the heat wil make blending and solution so much easier) then add your freshly blended cocktail into the bucket
add yeast, put cap along with airlock with water added in, and cool to about 75-78 degrees farenheight, then let sit (it should start bubbling), when it stops bubbling either add one packet champagne yeast (it should stop in a weeks time) or if the airlock looks fuxored with milky water in it, then add 5 more pounds of cane sugar, let sit untill it stops bubbling, if you were ritzy enough to spring for the thermometers then check the alcohlic content level (its advised to spring for them for this reason), then its also advised to drain and sift the spirit that you have had staring you down wanting you to drink it, then serve/bottle/ use as an enema/ etc.

http://www.drunkard.com/issues/11-03/11-03-jailhouse.htm You can use orange juice concentrate, a couple dinner rolls and some sugar. Dinner rolls for the yeast.

So umm...where did you serve?
