Hello /pmb/

Just thought I'd give you a little recipe of mine that helps me out during rough times.

-
Anon's wtf soup
-
Ingredients needed:
-1 or 2 eggs
-Green onions
-Typical 33 cents noodles with the powder ingredients.
-Soy sauce.
-Hot sauce (optional)

Step 1 : Boil some water but don't put too much in. Just fill the bottom of the pot enough to have some space for the noodles and eggs.

Step 2 : While the water boils, wash and cut up your green onion. Once that is done, put the onion in the pot.

Step 3 : Open up the powder bag of the noodles and put it in as well as soy sauce and stir.

Step 4 : Add the noodles in and check often for when they will loosen up and are halfway cooked.

Step 5 : Crack one of two eggs in the pot and stir constantly. This will prevent the eggs from sticking at the bottom of the pot.

Final step : Once you see chunks of eggs start to form, turn the heat off but keep the pot on it. The eggs will absorb the powder and soy sauce. Then pour into a bowl and top with hot sauce, if desired.

Bon appetit.

Add a little bit of thinly sliced beef and you have Sukiyaki. You don't need alot, also if making sukiyaki you might want to leave the egg a bit runny. So only slightly congealed egg, not full chunks.

Now that is living on a budget. Remember a little meat goes along way if thinly sliced.
