Hard to choose really, but I do like the Mass Effect series (although it's hardly exclusive to Xbox anymore, which I don't mind)

I miss the days when kids would work up some serious nerd rage over the idea of people who own a console they don't getting to enjoy a game that they do. Sonic on Gamecube was pretty much the last hurrah.

To answer the OP's question, New Vegas. Just beat Dead Money. Better than any of the FO3 DLC by miles.

The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind. Best motherfucking game on the planet. ESPECIALLY if you own it on PC. But it was released for original Xbox, too.
